- This report provides an analysis of the 99 abstracts, assessed by drug target, author affiliation, and trial phase, followed by top level summaries grouped by clinical data, trial outline and preclinical data type.
- Summaries have been created based on the data presented in the abstracts. Additional information from posters, where available, can be found on the associated Beacon trial or drug page.
- Due to the large volume of preclinical data attached to each approved DDR asset we have worked with KOLs to curate a list of preclinical references, prioritizing approval data and publications. Hence, the following ASCO abstracts may not be visible on each respective drug page.
